1 vs 1001 vs. 100 is a new game show format taken again from successful abroad television ventures and produced by the same game producers as Deal or No Deal. It is a quiz show along the lines of the traditional, "Who Wants to Be A Millionaire" and "Jeopardy," but with a fascinating twist.

The game takes form as its title, literally one player against a mob of 100. Generally, the mob of 100 looks much like the Deal or No Deal Models or your traditional eye candy found on television. The game starts with a single question that is posed to the one contestant who answers it correctly or incorrectly. If the contestant answers it correctly, all members of the mob who answered incorrectly are removed from the game. Based on the level, each mob member removed has a value, for example level 1 would be worth $100. So, if 5 mob members missed the first question, the contestant will have $500 in his or her bank. If the contestant misses a question, all money in the bank will be split equally with the remaining members of the mob. At any time, the contestant may decide to quit the game and take all 100% of the money in the bank. If, after hearing the question, the contestant may take 25% of all the money in the bank if he or she chooses not to answer the question. Much like, Deal or No Deal, there is some assistance if the contestant chooses to use it. The contestant may choose to interview mob members on a question. The contestant chooses one of three answers and the computer shows all people who selected that answer and all people who did not select the answer. The contestant must select one from each group and they are interviewed - each mob member interviewed must tell truthfully which answer they selected and has the option to the tell a lie or a truth regarding why they chose that answer. The contestant is allowed to use this "help" twice per game. 1 vs. 100 has started strong in the US and expect it to do well like Deal or No Deal.
