Antony Del Rio is featured as a contestant in the MTV network’s competitive reality television series Making Menudo. He is 15 years old, and comes from Miami, FL, where he was raised. Antony is a student at the famed New World School of the Arts, and has been pegged as a popular lad because of his humorous approach to life and his wisecracking personality. Among the boys in the penthouse, he is the one who is constantly attempting to lighten the mood with his jokes. Antony is also fond of eclectic and frenetic musical improvisation as he jams away on the keyboard.

While many of his fellow contestants seem to be taking him for granted and not thinking that he poses any real challenge or danger, he is said to be using this relaxed view of him to his own advantage. The other hopefuls will have to be careful that he doesn’t suddenly steal the spotlight from them, since his easygoing nature is said to belie his own talent, and he is just as determined as any of them to become one of the new faces and voices of Menudo.
