Aaron grew up in Columbia, MD and attended the University of Mary Washington where he earned All-conference and All-region NCAA baseball honors and a degree in business administration. He recently completed his M.B.A. in project management and works as a community sales manager where he manages sales and marketing operations for a Fortune 150 homebuilder.

He is a contestant on The Apprentice Season 6 where he thinks she should be the next Apprentice because of his "passion for real estate along with his personal integrity, resilience and humility."
