The news ain't good for Holly Madison, one of Playboy magnate Hugh Hefner's live-in girlfriends on The Girls Next Door. For some time now, the 28-year old Madison has been waiting in the wings to become the next Mrs. Hefner and has even been unabashedly vocal about wanting to have his children. Well, the babies can still come but a walk down the aisle now seems just a figment of her fantasies.
In no uncertain terms, the 82-year old Hef has declared the rest of his life as something he intends to spend as an unmarried man.

Two weeks ago, we reported on how The Girls Next Door are leading the search for the next Playmate to grace Playboy's 55th anniversary edition. This week, we bring the latest on that search, featuring an all-new collaboration that should make the hunt even more scintillating.
Playboy has made it easier for women from even the smallest and most far-flung of American towns to sign up in the special anniversary Playmate casting call. Anyone interested but unable to go to any of the stops where the anniversary casting calls are held may now send in their entries via the YouTube contest channel.

Last week, we reported on Kendra Wilkinson and Playboy's search for “Girls of Olive Garden.” Wilkinson, one of Playboy founder Hugh Hefner's live-in girlfriends on E!'s The Girls Next Door, is spearheading the campaign to find female employees of her favorite Italian restaurant to appear in the magazine's special pictorial.
Aside from Playboy's search for the “Girls of Olive Garden,” they are also on the hunt for the next Playmate who will have the distinction of being their 55th anniversary model.

Well, you guessed it. What else would we have headlining this week's edition of The Girls Next Door, but Hugh Hefner's unbelievable three-day shindig last week in honor of his 82nd birthday? No less than Playboy's favorite cover girl, Pamela Anderson, was there to provide what could arguably have been the most impressive birthday gift to the Playboy founder.
But we're getting way ahead of ourselves here. Of course, Hef's three honeys from his reality TV show, The Girls Next Door, were right there in sin city Las Vegas, partying with Hef and his special guests.

Last week, we mentioned that Holly Madison announced via her MySpace page that she and her two fellow Girls Next Door, Kendra Wilkinson and Bridget Marquardt, were headed to Vegas for The World's Biggest Bachelorette Party. True enough, The Girls Next Door were there Friday, even inviting Donovan Lewis and Marty Amiott of the Australian male revue, Thunder from Down Under.
Also, another reminder that Playboy founder Hugh Hefner will be celebrating his 82nd birthday on Saturday, April 5 with none other than his Girls Next Door. The party kicks off when doors open at the Playboy Club at 8pm, after which Hef and the girls head over to Moon Nightclub around 10:30pm. Speaking of Hef, the birthday boy has just selected this year's Miss May to grace the pages of Playboy Magazine, and – she happens to love The Girls Next Door.
