Synopsis
Dennis Hooper makes his first appearance as a Balkan war criminal who blames Jack for the death of his loved ones. his attempt at revenge is the motive behind the conspiracy. Also, Mark DeSalvo is in charge of a prison facility where Jack must gain access.
